The uniquely designed Depositor Solutions DS range of dry product doser and portioner machine, utilizing check weigh cell technology to provide high volume food process manufacturing, with accurate dry ingredient portioning.
Direct to target ready meal tray, food to go meal pots, or, for decorating sprinkles, the DS Plc Servo dry product doser and portioner will handle dry ingredients as low as 10g and up to 1kg. This enables the process environment to maximize efficiency through accurate portions and a reduction in hand filling through automation. Creating, for a minimum of investment, an efficient and optimized process manufacturing option.

HMI interface for recipe driven pre programming which allows the user to adjust from product to product at the touch of a button. Minimizing changeover time negating user mis adjustment and portion fill management, to maximises product run efficiency for maximum profit.
Hygienic and easy to assemble design allows the process optimised changeover between products.
Safety is paramount in design, use of RFID sensors, interlock system and UK standard CE marking. This provides a safe working machine for the user, providing minimalised user risk for increased up time.
